The menu changes every week or even through the day. Johan likes to improvise, so there might be a surprise or two during your dining experience.

including non-alcoholic beverages: 1300 SEK/person

We are more than willing to assist you in making special arrangements, just let us know when you make your reservation.
The booking is confirmed by payment of the menu in advance, SEK 1000 per person, at least one week before the visit. Payment link is sent from us to the booking manager.
Do you want the place for yourself? Just let us know when you send the booking request. We set the table for 24 people at most.
Minimum fee Tuesday-Thursday SEK 27,200 / Fridays SEK 37,400. It includes a tasting menu and beverage packages for up to 16 people (Tuesday-Thursday) and 22 people (Friday), all extra orders in addition will be charged as usual. If there are less than 16 or 22 people, the difference is charged as room rent.
What are we doing in these times? We designed our own smaller tables! We set the table with the armrest distance between the parties and if you are more than 8, we will divide you. We always have hand sanitizer easily available. All parties have their own towel in our guest toilet. And we place all guests at the table. Of course, we ask everyone to keep their distance and assume that all guests take responsibility and do not come if they feel unwell. You can also book the whole restaurant for your own company if you want, chambre separée.

Johan has been working in the midst of Stockholm's gastronomical and gourmet world.
More than 20 years ago, he co-founded Stockholm's first pure noodle style restaurant at Hötorget. He instigated and ran the high end restaurant Spring; which led to all the critics cheering and it became a culinary destination for the most discerning.
